Being lit is one thing, but staying lit is another. If you’ve been walking with God for any amount of time, you know it’s true. When we first start a relationship with God, it’s easy to shine bright. We’re super excited and can’t wait to tell the whole world about Jesus.

But over time if we aren’t careful, we can get so busy trying to make sure everyone else is lit or watching everyone else shine that we forget we are a light. Whether it’s because of unforeseen circumstances, seemingly missing out on something we want, or simply getting so busy in life that spending time with God becomes less of a priority or obsolete altogether.

So how do we get lit and stay lit in this thing called life as believers?

In this episode, you’ll hear the first half of a message I taught recently called Stay Lit. It will challenge and encourage you to cultivate your light so that you can shine brightly for the Kingdom of God. Your life matters and the whole world is waiting on your breakthrough.
